Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on location.
  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
